Standard Terms & Conditions

1) Quandev cannot be held liable for the content of any of our clients websites - content inclusions on these websites are decided upon or endorsed by the respective clients.

2) Quandev currently commences billable work for new clients on a verbal basis upon the clients approval of our quotation. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they are happy with the quote, design plan and our terms.

3) Customers are currently granted 30 days interest free credit on invoices (except in the case of upfront deposits or progress payments). Failure to meet these terms will incur an interest charge per month thereafter (1% per month at time of writing).

4) Quandev must be notified within one month of project completion of any rectifications needed. We reserve the right to charge for additional significant changes.

5) Quandev will contact customers in advance of annual renewal for accounts/domains. If clients fail to indicate whether they wish to renew we may let service lapse.

6) Quandev operate on a case by case basis and reserve the right to amend or alter these conditions without prior notice.
